Wellness Workshops

Workshops encourage team members to engage in therapeutic activities to help improve overall well-being and energy level. As a group, there is a sense of universality, altruism and interpersonal learning which assist members to gain awareness and insights into current situations. After the sessions, members will feel rejuvenated and reenergized. Customise workshops are specially designed to cater to the needs of the group. The optimal group size is about 6 to 8 members.
